LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (less than 12 hours notice) will be charged with the cancellation fee which is 50% of your service booked. NO CALL/NO SHOW results in being charged 100% of your service booked. GRACE PERIOD - I have a 6 minute grace period, if you arenβt inside the salon by then your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged 50% of the service.
